About Us

Inherited Property Solutions started as a necessity for something that didn’t exist. Years ago, real estate investor and landlord, Joe Theriault was unsettled that people were suddenly thrust into a great deal of responsibility during a difficult time such as losing a loved one and becoming responsible for inherited property. Furthermore, he realized that this was more complex than a typical real estate transaction.

Ever since then, Joe, Ray, and their team have dedicated their time to help this distinct group of individuals sell their inherited property with dignity and move on with their lives.

Joe Theriault, Founder & Co-owner

Joe has earned the trust of executors, administrators, and attorneys alike by helping families settle estates in the most efficient and dignified manner. Over the years, Joe has developed unique expertise in probate, trust, and inheritance property sales alongside his experience as an investor and landlord. When not working, you can find Joe working out, practicing yoga, and spending time with his family.

Ray Tetu, Founder & Co-owner

Ray has a strong business background in management and finance coupled with many years of experience in real estate. His experience and skillset help clients achieve their goals while steering the company towards continued growth and success. His hobbies include boating and skiing. Ray also enjoys helping others in the industry to achieve their own success.

Candy Osborne, Marketing Manager

Candy brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing to execute the company vision and help families in transition. She has extensive experience across several industries which help her to tell the stories of the people Inherited Property Solutions helps. When not working, you’ll find Candy at the Bikram yoga studio, reading, kayaking, or canning.

LJ Raceles, Lead Manager

LJ is backed up by years of experience in customer service and real estate, leading to expertise in areas of phone management, CRM systems and various administrative tasks. LJ’s positive outlook and passion to succeed are what she brings to the table. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to different genres of rock music, playing badminton, and spending time with her family.

Chris Belmore, Sales

A sales professional with over 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Southern NH and have lived here over 30 years. I know what it is like to be a homeowner and a landlord so I can help manage the ins and outs of the industry and help make selling your property as easy as possible. I’ve been married for 16 years and have 3 kids. I enjoy travel and adventure and I am always up for a challenge.

Jeff Kliska, Integrator

Jeff spent the early part of his career in his family automotive business in various positions that garnered him excellent skills in negotiation, warranty, business planning, retail and operations. Since then, Jeff has combined his skills he learned in wholesale, real estate and management by joining the IPS team. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and numerous other outdoor activities.

Dana Gianoulis, Sales

Dana is a real estate professional of 20 years. With experiences ranging from Colorado to Massachusetts to the Country of Panama, Dana has acquired , financed, developed, managed, and sold various types of properties diverse settings. As such, he is ready and capable to help our clients find a solution to their unique situation. Dana enjoys learning, reading, walking, and sports. Most of all, he cherishes spending time with his wife and parenting his three high school age children.

Ali Ultra, Sales

Ali has worked in marketing, social media, customer service, content creation, and now immersed in real estate. Ali joined Inherited Property Solutions strongly believing in its noble mission of easing the burden of 1,000 families by 2025. On her own time, Ali is a financial wellness educator, a tea enthusiast, and immensely loves steak. Ultimately, Ali is an opacarophile who always enjoys the healing of the sunset.

Don Metznik, TC Manager

Don brings with him years of transaction management experience. Don has built systems and strategies that provide seamless, efficient and effective transaction management. Having managed hundreds of listings, and hundreds of millions of dollars of closed transactions Don has built a reputation of being detail oriented, thorough, and exceeding customer expectations. Customer service is paramount to any organization, and this is a skillset Don brings to the table. In his free time Don enjoys spending time with his boys, working on cars, and enjoying the outdoors.

Erin Adams, Finance Manager

Erin has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience in both the public and private sectors. She's an intricate part of the Inherited Property Solutions team, providing attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and process documentation . She has been a native to the Nashua area and enjoys quality time with her two kids and granddaughter, spending time outdoors, especially golfing and summertime activities.

Jenn Rodriguez, Systems Support

As System Support, Jenn makes sure that all of the tech behind our team is up and running. Jenn has worked with computers for over fourteen years professionally and even longer as a hobbyist. Outside of the workplace when she’s not gaming on her custom rig you can find her hiking around one of New England’s many forest trails.

Jon Sweet, Sales

Jon has 20+ years of experience in real estate investing and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of a real estate transaction.  Jon and his wife had their own RE business. They owned 30+ units and bought and sold multiple properties per month.  Jon recently returned from Costa Rica, where he was managing a family owned hotel, as well as working remotely in dispositions of investment properties.
